Appreciate the clarification! Even with the changes, it’s still a great opportunity. Good luck to everyone participating in Talk Talk Korea 2026!

So the contest has begun I'm very excited to see what everyone produces this year. I'm laso excited to participate. I have some ideas but I haven't done anything yet . I want to make sure I'm satisfied with my creation and also that I follow all the rules so I'm taking my time to read and think about it .
Just want to say good luck to everyone

THERE IS SOMETHING IMPORTANT this time around: there won't be a fully inclusive group tour prize to Korea like in all past editions. Instead, there will be a $2,000 voucher to cover whatever it can for your trip.
If you live in Asia like I do, that would cover a lot of things, such as your flight ticket and accommodation. BUT if you live in the Americas, honestly, I doubt it will even cover the flight, and you’d have to pay the difference out of pocket. Plus, there won't be any guided tour or company this time.
I’m clarifying this because I’ve seen many forums claiming that this year's contest will take you to Korea with everything included. THAT IS NOT THE CASE this time. While it’s still a great opportunity, we shouldn't promote it using past years' prizes, since the tour won't be happening anymore.
Big hugs to everyone, and I wish…
I'm in north africa hahaha, I was aware about this even before because the flight ticket to korea from my country to there is more than $2000, but anyways you mentioned something about the writing category, can you gimme more information about it?

I read the article for the contest in this month's webzine. Seems like there's a writing category this time which I really wanted but it doesn't seem like the kind of writing I wanted even so I'm happy and looking forward to seeing exactly what the category will be about

Hello everyone! I am so thrilled to participate in Talk Talk Korea this year. I am planning to challenge myself in the "Meme & Trend" category. I want to use my creativity and AI tools to create relatable, funny, and unique content that shows my deep love for Korean culture, K-pop, and daily life in a fun way. Good luck to everyone, and I can't wait to share my work! ❤️🇰🇷

Hello everyone, this is the writer Maya. I'll now give you a brief summary of my story, "The Stolen Pen." The story is about a young, freelance writer who falls in love with a man who doesn't reciprocate her feelings. But when he discovers her unique talent, he feigns interest and begins persuading her to give him her novels, making promises he has no intention of keeping until she agrees and starts giving him her work. Little by little, he becomes a literary giant, and when the writer realizes he's been lying to her, she decides to expose him. But he fears for his career, so he decides to imprison her in the basement of a palace from the Joseon Dynasty, which was once a graveyard for spirits. Sometimes the writer refuses to write for him, and he beats her. Once, he stabbed her hand with a pen... I'll continue…

Hello everyone, I'm the writer Maya. By the way, that's a pseudonym. I'm actually 12 years old, but I've been writing since I was 10. I adore fantasy, mystery, and magic stories, and I dislike happy romances, so my overall style tends towards the dark. I'd appreciate your feedback on my first story, which is an idea for a screenplay.
Good luck!!
