I have been interested in Korean culture for a long time. Therefore, I would like to present you my illustration. (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧
The picture depicts three girls, each representing some characteristic of Korea.
The girl on the left is a schoolgirl. Getting a good education in South Korea is crucial to a successful career for any Korean.
Next is a girl in a hanbok. She represents the traditional culture of Korea. The current modern division of Korea into North and South Korea has also led to a division in modern culture; despite this, the traditional culture of Korea unites the two nations with its more than 5000 years of history, and is considered one of the oldest.
And last but not least, the girl on the right. K-pop is a popular music genre that originated in the 1980s in South Korea. It features an almost limitless range for inspiration, drawing on popular genres such as: pop, rock, jazz, hip-hop, rap, reggae and many others. The foundation of k-pop music is the fusion of two or more genres together with colorful visuals, fashion imagery, and dance performances.
I am most attracted to K-pop. More specifically, groups like Stray Kids, ENHYPEN and LE SSERAFIM. I heard one K-pop song on the internet and became more and more interested in this genre of music. However, I can't help but say that Korea itself is a wonderful country. And many of my friends and peers will agree with me.
In conclusion, I will say that I dream of visiting Korea to fall in love with this country even more 🥰
