The Red String of Fate, or Red Thread of Fate, is an East Asian folkloric story, originating in China, according to which a red invisible string ties two soulmates by the finger. My concept for this motion graphic is inspired by this story, but instead of focusing on the bond between two souls, it explores the connections between souls worldwide and Korean culture.
