Wrapped the peace in Gimbab
Slogan
Wrapped the peace in Gimbab
project intent
"Wrapped the peace in gimbap" was born from a simple, wordless moment. A girl shared some gimbap with me after we'd both missed our trains. Instead of getting upset, she chose to stay calm in the face of the delay. She said, "Just rolling, run, and hap" (taking a bite of gimbap), and those words are still in my mind.
Since then, I've made gimbap for breakfast. Sometimes I roll nasi kuning, nasi uduk, or whatever else I have. This has become my little daily ritual. Through it, I'm not just rolling rice, but also rolling up my mood, worries, hopes, and energy for the day.
Through "Roll & Share," I want to spread that same message by sharing rolled breakfasts with strangers who might be in a rush, tired, or having a bad morning, just like the gimbap once given to me.
