A Day in Motion : CAPTURED HOURS

2023.09.26

Today, we kicked off our day with a visit to Gyeongbokgung Palace. Not to forget, we rented Hanbok, the traditional Korean attire. This palace is one of the five grand palaces and happens to be the largest built by the Joseon Dynasty. Not only did we delve into history, but we were also treated to the grandeur of palace architecture. We then proceeded to have lunch at an underground restaurant to savor authentic Korean cuisine. Here, we were served a variety of dishes and learned how to eat Nurungji Porridge. Next, we continued our journey to Bukchon Hanok Village to capture some photographs and immerse ourselves in the ambiance of past residents' homes. Later, we roamed around the city of Seoul, concluding the day with a Korean dinner. Here, we indulged in Chinese-inspired dishes with a Korean twist, such as Tangsuyuk and Jjampong, Jjajangmyeon, and many more. My favorite dish here is Tangsuyuk!
