Title	PCC and Passport to collect my prize
Inquiry detail	I am filling the talktalkkorea form for prize selection as I won the 4th prize but it is asking for a PCC or PCCC can someone clear what it is and how to get one as I cannot find any info on getting one outside korea plus it is asking for passport and I do not have one can I attach one of my parent's passport so if I do that do I have to give all the info of my parent's too.
