When I think of Korea I think of culture, my heart fills with admiration for a country that seamlessly blends ancient traditions with the energy of modern life. its rich cultural heritage, from the elegance of the hanbok, with its vibrant colors and flowing lines, to the melodic strains of traditional Korean music, Korea’s cultural expressions are both profound and captivating. I am deeply moved by the warmth and hospitality of the Korean people. There’s a unique sense of community, where respect for one another and a deep-rooted value of harmony shapes everyday interactions. Korean cuisine is yet another love of mine. The balance of flavors, the attention to detail, and the emphasis on fresh, healthy ingredients make Korean food a culinary adventure. What also strikes me about Korea is its ability to preserve its rich history while being at the forefront of innovation and technology, its unique ability to blend the old with the new, to honor tradition while leading in innovation, and to do all of this with a warmth and hospitality that makes anyone feel at home. Korea is a country that captures the heart, it’s a reflection of a society that honors its past while eagerly embracing the future. When I set out to create this piece, I wanted to convey more than just the visual aspects of Korean culture. My goal was to capture the essence & spirit that breathes life into Korea’s traditions🇰🇷❤️
