I just know they didn't even see the videos at least in the motion graphics category.

There is a winner that made the video with an app called "plotagon"

That app you can download in Playstore or Appstore and is basically just choosing already made characters and scenarios and putting the dialogue you want and there you have your animation. (In that entry there is even two screens that say "Made with plotagon" at the middle and the end of the video, thing that the app does automatically)

Can't believe that won the same place as a full pixel art video that looks and feels like a videogame and full on 2D animation videos.

Also some of the videos don't meet the copyright criteria or the time limit criteria.

But well, congrats to the winners that really deserve it!!

First place in the Motion graphics category was so well deserved, amazing job!
