Hey all so today I took the opportunity to try making kfood again. Recently on Koreanet added two recipes in their shorts for different jeon. One was Cheese gamjajeon and the other was Haenulpajeon.
Today while I was was plannign lunch for my nephew to take to school is thought of making potato cheese pancakes. Some of you might know the recipe. It's the one where you boil and mash the potato add corn starch to make a dough and fill it with cheese and fry it. I've made it before.
But upon inspection I realised I didn't have enough corn starch so while thinking of what to do I remember the video from Koreanet. I remembered it was short and add little ingredients and since the plan was potato pancakes anyway I thought why not this one so I got to making the cheese gamjajeon based on the recipe. You can find it on Koreanet in shorts. It's really easy.
